政府采购是市场经济国家强化公共财政支出管理的普遍做法。近几年来,我国政府对政府的采购工作提起重视,并对原有的政府采购管理工作制度进行一定改革。如何让国家政府部门的采购资金发挥其最大价值、怎样规避市场中的采购风险以及政府部门中的财务风险便成为了政府相关工作人员的工作重点。为此,本文对我国政府部门采购中的财务管理工作进行系统分析。
Government procurement is a common practice in the market economy countries to strengthen public expenditure management. In recent years, the government of our country has paid great attention to the government procurement work, and has carried out certain reforms on the original government procurement management system. How to make the national government procurement funds to maximize their value, how to avoid the procurement risks in the market and the financial risks in government departments has become the focus of government-related staff. To this end, this article systematically analyzes the financial management in the procurement of government departments in our country.
