正交设计优化艾纳香总皂苷超声提取工艺研究

以水饱和正丁醇为溶剂,人参皂苷Rg1为对照,采用香草醛显色-分光光度法对艾纳香中总皂苷提取影响因素进行研究,并采用b(34)正交试验优选艾纳香总皂苷提取工艺。结果表明,在影响艾纳香皂苷得率的四个因素中,提取温度(D)〉料液比(C)〉提取时间(A)〉提取次数(B),其中提取次数对总皂苷提取率影响不显著。最佳提取工艺参数为:提取3次,每次加30倍量溶剂,在60℃下超声30min。以此工艺提取,艾纳香总皂苷的提取率可达到11.14%。
