《全国人大常委会关于司法鉴定管理问题的决定》出台后,我们的鉴定体制发生了重大变革,本文指出了目前鉴定体制的一些弊端:鉴定质量下降、多头鉴定和重复鉴定比原来更严重等。并提出了几点对策。
After the promulgation of the NPC Standing Committee Decision on the Administration of Forensic Accreditation, there has been a major change in our accreditation system. This article points out some disadvantages of the accreditation system at present: deterioration of accreditation quality, identification of longer heads and repetition of accreditation more serious than before. And put forward some countermeasures.
