本文应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)对 10 6例早孕妇女进行人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)检测。其中血标本 49例 ,阳性者 5例 ,阳性率 10 2 % ;宫颈分泌物标本 5 7例 ,阳性者 7例 ,阳性率 12 3% ,总阳性率 11 3%。并对 12例HCMV感染孕妇所分娩新生儿的血液标本进行了检测 ,其中有 5例为阳性 ,宫内传播率 41 7%。表明PCR法具有快速、简便、高度的敏感性和特异性的优点 ,是早期、快速产前诊断HCMV感染的最佳技术 ,对早孕妇女HCMV感染的研究有重要意义。
In this paper, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) 106 cases of early pregnant women for human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) detection. Among them, 49 were blood samples and 5 were positive, with a positive rate of 10 2%. Cervical secretions samples were 57 and 7 were positive, with a positive rate of 123% and a total positive rate of 113%. Blood samples from 12 neonates with HCMV infection were also detected. Among them, 5 were positive and the intrauterine transmission rate was 41.7%. It shows that PCR has the advantages of fast, simple and high sensitivity and specificity. It is the best technique for early and rapid prenatal diagnosis of HCMV infection and is of great significance for the study of HCMV infection in early pregnant women.
