针对壳体与基座的四周密封焊接,设计了激光焊接系统,由驱动激光加工头的三轴电动平台及驱动产品的DD马达联动工作,实现对产品四周轨迹的焊接,由定位压紧机构对产品进行焊接前的定位及压紧。优化设计高精度闭环数控送丝机构进行自动送丝,弥补壳体与基座的装配间隙,保证焊接质量。
Aiming at the seal welding around the shell and the base, a laser welding system is designed. The three-axis electric platform which drives the laser processing head and the DD motor which drives the product work together to realize the welding of the track around the product. Products before welding positioning and compression. Optimized design of high-precision closed-loop CNC wire feeding mechanism for automatic wire feeding, making up the gap between the shell and the base assembly to ensure welding quality.
