自从改革开放以后,国外的各种管理思想开始涌入我国,很多企业在新的形势下面临了很多挑战,我国企业只有进行管理创新才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展。但是对企业管理创新却认识不清,仅仅是照抄照搬国外的管理模式,缺乏创新精神。企业管理创新时一项庞大的工程,包含了企业管理的诸多因素。本文分析我国企业在管理创新方面的现状,进而提出相应的解决措施。
