本文研究了邻硝基苯基荧光酮(o-NPF)胶束分光光度法测定钼的显色反应条件。在CPB存在下于强酸介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)与o-NPF形成1:2的桔红色配合物,λmax在531nm处,ε531值达1.63×10 ̄5。钼量在0~8.0μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法有良好的选择性和稳定性,用于合金钢中钼直接测定,结果满意。
In this paper, o-nitrophenylfluorone (o-NPF) micellar spectrophotometry was used to determine the color reaction conditions of molybdenum. In the presence of CPB, a 1: 2 orange complex was formed between Mo (Ⅵ) and o-NPF in a strong acid medium with a λ max of 531 nm and an ε 533 of 1.63 × 10 5. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 8.0μg / 25ml. The method has good selectivity and stability for the direct determination of molybdenum in alloy steel with satisfactory results.
