MCI-154对失血性休克血流动力学影响

目的 研究新型钙增敏强心剂MCI 15 4对失血性休克血流动力学影响。方法 以改良Wigger法 ,即股动脉放血并维持血压 5 33kPa 2h建立失血性休克动物模型 ,以彩色频谱多普勒观察MCI 15 4对失血性休克家兔心脏射血分数 (EF)、每搏输出量 (SV)及平均股动脉压 (MAP)的影响。结果 治疗后 ,MAP在NS组与MCI组均升高 ,两组差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。EF、SV在休克模型完成时明显降低 ,治疗后 2h ,MCI组、NS组均显著回升 ,治疗后 4h ,MCI组明显高于NS组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 MCI 15 4有较理想的改善失血性休克血流动力学 ,增强休克动物心脏功能 Objective To study the effect of a new type of calcium-sensitized cardiac stimulant MCI 15 4 on hemodynamics in hemorrhagic shock. Methods The animal model of hemorrhagic shock was established by modified Wigger method, that is, the femoral artery was bled and the blood pressure was maintained at 5 33 kPa for 2 hours. The color Doppler echocardiography was used to observe the myocardial ejection fraction (EF) (SV) and mean femoral artery pressure (MAP). Results After treatment, MAP increased in both NS and MCI groups, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). EF and SV were significantly reduced at the completion of shock model. After 2 hours of treatment, MCI group and NS group both recovered significantly. At 4 hours after treatment, MCI group was significantly higher than NS group (P <0.05). Conclusion MCI 15 4 has a better hemodynamic response to hemorrhagic shock and enhances heart function in shock animals
