新一代BIOS--EFI、CSS BIOS技术研究

近几十年来,计算机技术取得了长足的发展,但承担着计算机底层硬件基本管理功能、衔接操作系统与硬件的BIOS,其基本体系结构却一直未得到突破性的发展,其局限性越来越严重束缚着计算机整体性能的提高。为此Mi-crosoft&Phoenix、Intel等公司先后提出了CSSBIOS和EFI两种不同的替代解决方案。本文在分析介绍传统BIOS的基础上,对CSSBIOS、EFI等新技术进行了研究和探讨。 In recent decades, great progress has been made in computer technology. However, the basic architecture of the operating system and hardware, which undertakes the basic management functions of the underlying hardware of the computer, has not been undergoing a breakthrough and has its limitations. Seriously hampering the improvement of the overall performance of the computer. To this end Mi-crosoft & Phoenix, Intel and other companies have put forward CSSBIOS and EFI two different alternative solutions. Based on the analysis and introduction of traditional BIOS, this paper researches and discusses new technologies such as CSSBIOS and EFI.
