为进一步规范内蒙古自治区建设项目容积率指标的计算工作,自治区住房和城乡建设厅制定了《内蒙古自治区容积率计算规则》(以下简称《规则》)。《规则》对建筑物的标准层层高、阳台、地下空间等如何计入容积率指标做出了具体规定。要求设计单位在建筑方案总平面图上注明建筑面积和计入容积率的建筑面积计算值,并附计算明细。《规则》自2013年8月1日起施行。《规则》施行 In order to further regulate the calculation of the volume index of construction projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Office of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has formulated the Rules for Calculation of Volume Ratio of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (the “Rules”). “Rules” on the standard building layers, balconies, underground space, how to account for the volume index indicators made specific provisions.
