以吉林典型黑钙土为对象,研究玉米地膜覆盖滴灌技术下,不同肥力土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)、溶解性有机碳(DOC)垂直分布的差异及特性。设置4个处理:Ⅰ.覆膜高产,Ⅱ.覆膜对照,Ⅲ.裸地(常规耕作)高产,Ⅳ.裸地对照。研究结果表明:耕层(0-20cm)土壤的MBC含量、DOC含量、SMBC/SOC值的平均值均大于剖面(0-60cm)土壤。覆膜高产土壤MBC含量、DOC含量均大于覆膜对照土壤,裸地土壤除DOC含量在20cm土层外,也呈现与覆膜土壤相似趋势;裸地高产土壤SMBC/SOC值明显大于裸地对照土壤,覆膜土壤除在60cm外,SMBC/SOC值也呈现与裸地土壤相似趋势。从MBC含量、DOC含量、SMBC/SOC值的变化范围来看,覆膜土壤(Ⅰ和Ⅱ)分别为88.41~488.25mg/kg,65.23~392.23mg/kg,0.73~2.27%,裸地土壤(Ⅲ和Ⅳ)分别为96.21~512.14mg/kg,84.12~447.36mg/kg,0.59~2.20%;表现为覆膜MBC含量、DOC含量、SMBC/SOC值的变化幅度均小于裸地土壤。土壤有机质(SOC)与MBC、DOC含量的相关性分析表明,SOC与MBC、DOC均成极显著的正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.747 6和0.739 4。
Taking the typical chernozem in Jilin Province as an example, the differences and characteristics of vertical distribution of microbial biomass carbon (MBC) and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) under different fertility conditions were studied under plastic film mulching drip irrigation. Set four treatments: Ⅰ. High yielding coating, Ⅱ. Mulching control, Ⅲ. Bare land (conventional farming) high yield, Ⅳ. The results showed that the average values of MBC content, DOC content and SMBC / SOC value in topsoil (0-20cm) soil were larger than that in profile (0-60cm) soil. The content of MBC and DOC in mulched film were higher than that in mulching film, and the content of SMBC / SOC in mulch film was higher than that in mulch film Soil SMBC / SOC also showed a trend similar to that of bare soil except for the soil with 60cm depth. From the change range of MBC content, DOC content and SMBC / SOC value, the contents of MBC and SOC in soils were 88.41 ~ 488.25mg / kg, 65.23 ~ 392.23mg / kg and 0.73 ~ 2.27% Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were 96.21 ~ 512.14mg / kg, 84.12 ~ 447.36mg / kg and 0.59 ~ 2.20% respectively. The changes of MBC content, DOC content and SMBC / SOC value were all less than bare soil. Correlation analysis between soil organic matter (SOC) and MBC and DOC showed that there was a significant positive correlation between SOC and MBC and DOC (P <0.01), and the correlation coefficients were 0.747 6 and 0.739 4, respectively.
