目的:99mTc-NOET再分布显像评价心活力的作用。材料和方法:67例冠心病(CAD)患者进行99mTc-NOET运动及2h再分布心肌灌注显像,其中12例行4~6h再分布显像,3例PTCA术后1个月静息显像。结果:99mTc-NOET 2h再分布显像示 683%(84/123)心肌节段有明显的再分布,其中77.4%(65/84)心肌节段完全充填。4~6h再分布显像示2h时部分充填的心肌节段37.5%(3/8)完全充填,无充填的4个节段仍无变化。 PTCA术后显像示术前所有异常的节段(6个有再分布和 1个无再分布节段)均大致上常。结论:99mTc-NOET有明显的再分布特征,可用于心肌活力的研究,方法简便。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of 99mTc-NOET redistribution imaging on cardiac activity. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Sixty-seven patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) underwent 99mTc-NOET exercise and 2h redistribution myocardial perfusion imaging. Twelve of them were redistributed for 4 ~ 6h, and three patients showed resting imaging one month after PTCA . Results: 99mTc-NOET 2h redistribution imaging showed significant redistribution of myocardial segments in 683% (84/123), of which 77.4% (65/84) were completely filled in the myocardial segments. 4 ~ 6h redistribution imaging showed 2h partial filling of the myocardial segments 37.5% (3/8) fully filled, no filling of the four segments still no change. Postoperative PTCA showed all preoperative anomalous segments (6 with redistribution and 1 without redistribution segments) are generally on. Conclusion: 99mTc-NOET has obvious redistribution characteristics, which can be used to study myocardial viability. The method is simple and convenient.
