目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关胃病患者Hp培养、CagA基因检测结果及相关因素,为研究Hp致病机理,提出有针对性的治疗方法提供科学依据。方法采用2χ检验和logistic回归分析方法,分析Hp相关胃病患者Hp培养阳性率及HpCagA+菌株在不同性别、年龄、职业、工种、疾病类型、近2周相关服药史、有无腹痛症状等因素的患者中分布差异及相关因素。结果①Hp相关胃病患者Hp培养阳性率及HpCagA+菌株在不同性别、年龄、职业、工种、腹痛症状、服药史等因素的患者中分布无显著差异。②Hp培养阳性率在不同胃病类型中不同,P=0.012,胃溃疡组(80.00%)高于胃炎组(25.29%),P=0.021;③Hp培养阳性率与总培养天数相关,P=0.006。结论 Hp培养结果与所患胃部疾病类型及培养天数有关。
Objective To analyze the Hp culture, CagA gene test results and related factors in patients with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) -related gastric diseases, and to provide scientific basis for studying the pathogenesis of Hp and proposing targeted treatment methods. Methods 2χ test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the positive rate of Hp culture in Hp-related gastric patients and the prevalence of HpCagA + strains in different gender, age, occupation, type of work, type of disease, medication history in the past 2 weeks, and the presence or absence of abdominal pain symptoms In the distribution differences and related factors. Results ① There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Hp culture and HpCagA + strains in patients with Hp-related gastric diseases in different gender, age, occupation, job, abdominal pain symptoms, medication history and other factors. The positive rate of Hp culture was different in different types of stomach diseases, P = 0.012, gastric ulcer group (80.00%) was higher than gastritis group (25.29%), P = 0.021; ③Hp culture positive rate was related to the total culture days, P = 0.006. Conclusion The results of Hp culture are related to the type of gastric diseases and days of culture.
