目的:配合电子耳蜗手术,研制用于测试婴幼儿患者听力的视觉强化测听仪。方法:采用89C2051单片机和相应软、硬件构成行为测听仪。结果:临床228名幼儿聋哑患者得到了听力检测,并依此结果,对37名幼儿患者进行了人工耳蜗植入手术,效果满意。结论:该仪器可以作为临床婴幼儿听力检测的检测仪器。
Objective: In conjunction with electronic cochlear surgery, a visually enhanced sounder for testing hearing in infants and young children was developed. Methods: Using 89C2051 single-chip microcomputer and the corresponding software and hardware constitute behavioral audiometer. Results: A total of 228 children with deaf-mutes underwent hearing tests. Based on these results, 37 children underwent cochlear implant surgery with satisfactory results. Conclusion: The instrument can be used as a clinical infant hearing test detection equipment.
