建立了滚珠丝杠副中返向器与螺母弹性连接时滚珠与返向器碰撞的模型,推导了连接刚度处于两种极限状态下最大碰撞力的公式,讨论了连接刚度对碰撞力的影响。研究表明,连接刚度较大时,滚珠对返向器的碰撞力也较大,连接刚度对碰撞力的影响程度受滚珠与返向器质量比的影响,该质量比较大时,连接刚度对碰撞力的影响比较明显。振动和噪声的测试结果表明,在返向器与螺母之间采用弹性连接可以有效降低滚珠对返向器的冲击,提高滚珠丝杠副的性能。
The model of collision between the ball and the reverser when the return and nut are elastically connected to the ball screw is established. The formula of the maximum collision force under the two limit states is deduced. The influence of the connection stiffness on the impact force is discussed. The results show that when the connection stiffness is large, the ball’s impact force on the reverser is also large. The influence of the connection stiffness on the impact force is affected by the mass ratio of the ball and the reverser. When the mass ratio is relatively large, The impact is obvious. Vibration and noise test results show that the use of elastic connection between the return and nut can effectively reduce the impact of the ball on the reverser and improve the performance of the ball screw pair.
