有效的疫苗接种是现代医学抵抗多种传染病的常用方式和重要手段。佐剂的应用能增强疫苗的免疫效果。随着新型疫苗的出现和接种要求的提高,新型佐剂的研制面临重大挑战。本文主要简述细菌和寄生虫等病原生物来源的蛋白质作为疫苗佐剂的研究现状及其应用前景。
Effective vaccination is a common way and an important means of modern medicine against multiple infectious diseases. The adjuvant application can enhance the immune effect of the vaccine. With the advent of new vaccines and vaccination requirements, the development of new adjuvants faces major challenges. This article summarizes the current research status and application prospects of proteins from pathogenic organisms such as bacteria and parasites as vaccine adjuvants.
