通过津秦客运专线北戴河火车站既有雨棚改造工程的实践,介绍了雨棚主桁架改造的总体思路及火车站雨棚改造过程中腹杆加强、支撑架搭设、雨棚桁架切割及雨棚桁架滑移等各项技术的应用,尤其是在设计支撑架时,不仅考虑了常规荷载,还考虑了支撑架附近的列车经过时的振动影响。进行了该滑移过程的有限元仿真分析,给出了滑移过程中的纠偏及应急预案。对于支撑架拆除的顺序及方法进行了说明,同时提供了施工过程中跟踪监测桁架内力、变形的数据。
Through the practice of existing canopy reconstruction project of Beidaihe railway station in Jin-Qin Passenger Dedicated Railway, the general idea of the main truss retrofit in the canopy and the strengthening of the web reinforcement, support truss erection, cantilever truss cutting and canopy truss sliding In particular, when designing the support frame, not only the conventional load but also the vibration influence when the train near the support frame is considered. The finite element simulation analysis of the slip process was carried out, and the corrective measures and emergency plans in the slip process were given. The order and method of support frame removal are described, and the data of tracking and monitoring the internal force and deformation of the truss during construction are also provided.
