一、前言云南锡业公司第一冶炼厂为了适应产品结构的改革和满足市场用户的需求,一九八一年试制成功了质量要求高、经济效益好的商品级特零号精锡(含锡大于99.99％)一般称‘4×9’精锡。其生产方法是沿用生产特一号精锡(含锡大于99.95％)的工艺和设备。
