冷挤压变形的单位挤压力是工艺设计的主要参数,它是压力机选择和模具强度计算的依据,也决定了模具的使用寿命。各国在这方面已作了相应的研究工作,目前已有均匀变形能量法、主应力法、滑移线法、上限法和视塑性法等采用塑性理论的数学分折得出计算公式[l、2、3、4]。但工程上则认为基于实验基础上建立的计算公式和图表与生产实践更为符合,使用也方便。为适应我国冷挤压工艺设计的需要和发展,一机部机电所、上海交大、一机部郑州所、华南工学院共同对9种常用冷挤压钢材(见附表)的冷挤压力进行了试验研究。数据由
