提出了一种解决张力腿平台系索疲劳可靠性问题的思路.假设波浪载荷的长期分布是由k个短期海况组成,且每一海况中的应力范围的短期分布服从Rayleigh分布.利用整个张力腿平台动力响应分析以及系索有限元应力分析得到系索结构的应力谱,采用两种方法对张力腿平台系索疲劳可靠性进行了研究.首先,采用Miner线性累积损伤模型,并考虑了平均应力的影响以及进行了雨流修正,对系索结构进行了疲劳可靠性分析;随后,建立了疲劳裂纹扩展随机变量模型,利用Paris公式对系索结构进行疲劳可靠性研究.S-N曲线和裂纹扩展这两种方法得到的结果有较好的吻合性
