以14 个葡萄砧木品种为试材,研究了根系的铁吸收特性及其中8 种砧木的缺铁适应反应,初步确定铁吸收动力学、根际pH 值、根系的铁还原能力作为评价铁高效葡萄砧木的指标。筛选出SO4、5BB、420A 为铁高效葡萄基因型砧木;公酿1 号、北醇、美山、1103P为铁中等效率葡萄基因型砧木;无毛河岸、自由、道格、贝达、775P、VR043-43、3309C为铁低效葡萄基因型砧木
Fourteen grapevine rootstocks were used as materials to study the iron absorption characteristics of root system and the iron-deficient adaptation reaction of eight rootstocks. Iron absorption kinetics, rhizosphere pH value, and iron reduction ability of root system were preliminarily determined as iron-efficient grapes Rootstock indicators.
