在正常运转条件下,滚动轴承中受载滚动体与滚道接触面上的润滑膜厚,原则上可用经典的弹流膜厚公式计算;但实际的运算极为复杂,而且必须知道内部几何尺寸.因此,人们提出了经典膜厚公式的简化问题.本文对国外文献中尚未简化的 Hamrock-Dowson(1977年)公式,给出了适用于国产滚动轴承的最简形式,简化公式的相对误差在±10%以内.
Under normal operating conditions, the lubricating film thickness on the contact surface between the loaded roller and the raceway in the rolling bearing can be calculated in principle with the classical formula of the elastic film thickness; however, the actual calculation is very complicated and the internal geometry must be known. , The simplified formula of the classical film thickness has been proposed.In this paper, the Hammer-Dowson (1977) formula, which has not been simplified in foreign literature, is given and the simplest form suitable for domestic rolling bearing is given.The relative error of the simplified formula is within ± 10% Within.
