目的:探讨可能会对慢性粒细胞白血病患者(CML)的血糖测定值造成影响的因素。方法:采用自动生化分析仪对我院在2010年3月-2013年3月期间收治的56例慢性粒细胞白血病患者进行血糖以及外周血白细胞的测定,然后结合临床资料进行分析。结果:在56例CML患者中,总发现10例患者(17.8%)有白血病假性低血糖现象;血糖的测定值和白细胞的技术呈现负相关(P<0.05),且环境温度可以对假性低血糖现象造成一定的影响;10例白血病假性低血糖患者中,有6例没有得到医师的充分认识;此外,2例CML即便合并高血糖的患者,可能是由于应激而导致血糖升高。结论:环境温度和外周白细胞的计数对白血病假性低血糖现象的出现有一定作用,临床上对于CML血糖值进行分析时应该和患者的临床症状相结合,从而提高准确率。
Aims: To investigate the factors that may affect the blood glucose level in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Methods: 56 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia patients treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were tested for blood glucose and peripheral blood leukocytes by automatic biochemical analyzer, and then analyzed with clinical data. RESULTS: Of the 56 CML patients, 10 (17.8%) were found to have hypoglycemic hypoglycemic leukemia; the blood glucose level was negatively correlated with leukocyte technology (P <0.05), and the ambient temperature was positively correlated with pseudo- Hypoglycemia phenomenon caused by a certain impact; 10 cases of leukemia pseudo-hypoglycemia patients, 6 cases did not get the full understanding of the physician; In addition, 2 cases of CML patients with hyperglycemia may be due to stress caused by elevated blood sugar . CONCLUSION: Ambient temperature and peripheral leukocyte counts play a role in the occurrence of leucomamic pseudo-hypoglycemia. Clincal analysis of CML blood glucose should be combined with the clinical symptoms of patients to improve the accuracy.
