目的使用真实颜色体重建的方法,观察胚龄14.5d大鼠下丘脑垂体部各结构的三维形态及相互空间位置关系。方法在获得大鼠胚胎标本连续切片的数字化图像数据集后,于重建软件中对图像的色彩通道及亮度通道进行融合,对下丘脑垂体区域进行三维体重建。结果三维体重建结果为真实HE染色结果,无结构区域呈透明状,可自由观察下丘脑垂体部及周围结构的相互位置关系。结论对于下丘脑垂体部这样空间结构复杂的区域,应用真实颜色体重建的方法制作的三维图像更符合观察习惯,结构更加容易辨认。
Objective To observe the three-dimensional shape and spatial relationship of the hypothalamus pituitary gland in 14.5-day old embryos by using real-color body weight reconstruction. Methods After obtaining digitalized image datasets from serial sections of rat embryo samples, the color channels and brightness channels of the images were fused in the reconstruction software to reconstruct the three-dimensional reconstruction of hypothalamus pituitary gland. Results The result of three-dimensional body reconstruction was the result of real HE staining. The structure-free region was transparent. The mutual relationship between the pituitary gland and its surrounding structures was observed freely. Conclusion For the hypothalamus pituitary part of the spatial structure of the complex region, the application of true color body weight method of making three-dimensional images more in line with the observation habits, the structure easier to identify.
