考核管理是业主项目部提升工程建设管理执行力、提高工程建设管理水平、完成工程建设管理目标的重要管理手段,通过对现阶段辽宁省内电力工程业主项目部考核管理现状SMART(Specific、Measurable、Attainable、Relevant、Time-based)分析,从监理的工作角度出发,指出了业主对监理的考核管理在目标设置、执行过程和约束激励效果等方面的一些问题,并提出了改进业主项目部考核管理方式,促进监理项目部管理水平提升的一些建议。
Assessment management is an important management tool for project owner to enhance the execution of project construction management, improve the management level of project construction and accomplish the goal of project construction management. Based on the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-based) analysis, from the perspective of supervision work, pointed out some problems of the owner’s appraisal and management of the supervision in the target setting, implementation process and restraint incentive effect, and proposed to improve the project management of the project owner Ways to promote supervision of the project management department to improve some of the recommendations.
