[目的]制备盐酸小檗碱固体脂质纳米粒。[方法]采用乳化蒸发低温固化法制备盐酸小檗碱纳米粒,采用离体角膜透过实验对其体外进行评价。[结果]制备的纳米粒的包封率为51.1%,平均粒径为(19±2)nm,zeta电位为-11.5 mV,表观渗透系数为(1.46±0.45)×10-6cm/s,与对照组相比增加了16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]所用制备工艺简单,可用于制备盐酸小檗碱固体脂质纳米粒。
[Objective] To prepare berberine hydrochloride solid lipid nanoparticles. [Method] The berberine hydrochloride nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion evaporation and low temperature curing method. The in vitro corneal permeability test was used to evaluate the in vitro. [Results] The encapsulation efficiency of the prepared nanoparticles was 51.1%, the average particle size was (19 ± 2) nm, the zeta potential was -11.5 mV and the apparent permeability coefficient was (1.46 ± 0.45) × 10-6cm / s. Compared with the control group increased by 16%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The preparation method is simple and can be used to prepare berberine hydrochloride solid lipid nanoparticles.
