在小型鼓泡流化床反应器中,对分别添加MgSO_4和ZnCl_2的松木锯末进行快速热解制备生物油研究。结果表明:MgSO_4和ZnCl_2均能使松木热解区间向低温方向移动。添加20%的MgSO_4所得生物油中吡喃葡萄糖含量增幅最大,由空白时的不到1%增至20.69%;酮类含量由空白时的26.71%降至8.41%,其中1-羟基-2-丙酮由9.64%降至0.62%。添加30%的ZnCl_2所得生物油中吡喃葡萄糖也由空白时的不到1%增至20.21%;酚类含量由空白时的27.09%降至添加量为30%时的6.25%。添加这两种盐均能使制得的生物油的pH值升高。
In a small bubbling fluidized bed reactor, rapid pyrolysis of pine sawdust with addition of MgSO 4 and ZnCl 2, respectively, was used to prepare bio-oil. The results showed that both MgSO_4 and ZnCl_2 could move the pyrolysis section of pine to low temperature. The content of glucopyranose in the bio-oil obtained by adding 20% MgSO 4 increased the most from less than 1% to 20.69% in the blank, while the content of ketones decreased from 26.71% to 8.41% in the blank. The content of 1-hydroxy-2- Acetone decreased from 9.64% to 0.62%. The content of glucopyranose in bio-oil obtained by adding 30% ZnCl 2 also increased from less than 1% to 20.21% in blank; the content of phenols decreased from 27.09% in blank to 6.25% in 30%. Both of these salts are added to raise the pH of the bio-oil obtained.
