起重机的钢丝绳在工作时,常因受到拉应力、接触应力、剪切应力、弯曲应力等多种应力的共同作用而失效。在钢丝绳众多失效形式中,疲劳断丝是主要的失效形式。本文从钢丝绳捻距和滑轮直径2个方面探讨起重机钢丝绳使用寿命的影响因素。1.捻距钢丝绳制造时,要根据设计的类型选取合适的钢丝直径、股数、捻距和捻向等参数。所选取参数值的适当与否,将直接影响钢丝绳的使用寿命。
Crane rope at work, often due to tensile stress, contact stress, shear stress, bending stress and other stress of the combined effect of failure. Among the many failure modes of wire ropes, fatigue breaking is the main form of failure. This paper discusses the factors that affect the service life of the crane wire rope from two aspects of rope pitch and pulley diameter. 1.While pitch rope manufacturing, according to the type of design to select the appropriate wire diameter, number of shares, lay and twist and other parameters. The value of the selected parameters appropriate or not, will have a direct impact on the service life of wire rope.
