研究结果表明 :南美斑潜蝇 (Liriomyzahuidobrensis)在蚕豆植株上不同恒温条件下发育历期不同 ,随温度升高发育历期缩短。在 10℃ ,15℃ ,2 0℃ ,2 5℃ ,30℃的恒温下 ,发育历期依次为 71 8d ,47 5d ,33 7d ,16 3d ,14 1d。卵 ,1~ 3龄幼虫、蛹的发育起点温度依次为 (11 5± 2 8)℃ ,(7 6± 3 2 )℃ ,(8 8± 4 3)℃ ,(10 3±2 9)℃ ,(5 3± 2 1)℃ ;日有效积温依次为 (39 98± 10 6 )℃ ,(4 5 5± 10 4)℃ ,(2 9 44± 3 9)℃ ,(2 1 5 7± 5 5 )℃ ,(16 9 9± 2 2 4)℃。并得出各虫态的发育历期与温度的 6个回归关系式 ,可用于南美斑潜蝇发生期的幼虫分龄预测、历期预测和有效积温预测
The results showed that Liriomyza huidobrensis had different developmental stages under different isothermal conditions on Vicia faba plants, and its developmental duration decreased with increasing temperature. At 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃, the developmental stages were 71 8d, 47 5d, 33 7d, 16 3d and 14 1d respectively. The developmental threshold temperatures of eggs and 1st to 3rd instar larvae and pupae were (11 5 ± 2 8) ℃, (7 6 ± 3 2) ℃, (8 8 ± 4 3) ℃ and (10 3 ± 2 9) ℃ , (53 ± 2 1) ℃, respectively. The daily effective accumulated temperatures were (39 98 ± 10 6) ℃, (45 5 ± 10 4) ℃, (2944 ± 39) ℃, (2157 ± 5 5 ° C, (16 9 9 ± 2 2 4) ° C. Six regression equations between the developmental stages and temperature of each insect state were obtained, which could be used to predict the age-dependent larvae, the prediction of period and the prediction of effective accumulated temperature
