铸铁烘缸作为造纸机械烘干的重要压力容器,在造纸行业大量而广泛的使用。随着近年来纸机车速提高和对纸张质量更高的要求,很多企业纷纷引进国外纸机和烘缸。笔者近来在对一批SA278 CL.45铸铁烘缸定期检验中发现,大约有1/3的烘缸性能指标和国内相关规范标准存在很大的差异和不一致性。1检验情况2011年4月,对嘉兴某造纸企业的PM5纸机的57台进口铸铁烘缸进行了检验。烘缸的基本参数如下:设计压力0.509MPa,设计温度152℃,D_i=1770 mm,L=8780mm,缸体和缸盖材质:SA278 CL.45,缸体厚度30mm,缸盖最小厚度≥65mm,设计制造规范:
Cast iron drying cylinder as an important drying paper machinery pressure vessel, a large number of widely used in the paper industry. With the increase of paper machine speed and the requirement of higher paper quality in recent years, many enterprises have introduced foreign paper machines and dryer cylinders.
