茶是一种特殊商品。在它的价格里,除了劳动价值外,还有一种隐性价值,也是茶叶作为商品拉大价格空间的价值———这就是茶文化。推动茶产业的发展既是一个经济问题,也是一个文化问题,但最终表现出来的还是经济。正因为茶是一种包含了文化的特殊商品,而茶文化又必须以茶为载体才能体现其经济价值,所以,在推动茶产业发展时,要注重茶文化与茶经济的嫁接,要两翼齐飞。
