在利用落下孔车承载包装箱运输整流罩过程中,由于整流罩尺寸大,导致包装箱宽度方向存在超限现象,运输时需要将包装箱翻转到竖直状态,翻转后包装箱箱盖与底板对接面向上,运输时雨水直接冲淋到对接面,运输工况恶劣,易造成包装箱进水。因此,包装箱的密封问题是急需解决的问题。通过改进包装箱内部结构和增加内部多道密封线密封圈,来提高包装箱的密封性能,为后续大尺寸骨架蒙皮结构包装箱的设计提供了借鉴。
