分别测定了不同品种车前中桃叶珊瑚甙的含量。流动相为甲醇-水(17∶83)。方法重现性和回收率较好,为车前研究提供了有效的方法。
The contents of different species of carnivorous carp were measured. The mobile phase is methanol-water (17:83). The method has better reproducibility and recovery rate, and provides an effective method for the pre-vehicle research.
