目的探讨米索前列醇阴道片与人工流产(人流)清宫术治疗自发性不全流产的效果。方法 98例自发性不全流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组患者采用人流清宫术进行治疗,观察组患者采用米索前列醇阴道片进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者中有46例完全流产,完全流产率为93.88%;3例患者没有完全流出妊娠物,其中1例患者过度失血,过度失血发生率为2.04%,其余2例患者的情况为妊娠物残存。对照组患者中有47例完全流产,完全流产率为95.92%;2例患者没有完全流出妊娠物,其中1例发生过度失血,过度失血发生率为2.04%,1例患者的情况为妊娠物残留。结论米索前列醇阴道片治疗自发性不全流产的临床效果与人流清宫术相当,安全有效,可作为一种替代疗法在临床中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol vaginal tablets and artificial abortion (flow) curettage on spontaneous abortion. Methods A total of 98 patients with spontaneous abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with abortion, and patients in the observation group were treated with misoprostol vaginal tablets. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results In the observation group, 46 patients were completely aborted with a complete abortion rate of 93.88%. Three patients did not have complete flow of pregnancy. One patient had excessive blood loss and the rate of excessive blood loss was 2.04%.
