互联网经济下,基于全球价值链(GVC)的分工被基于全球价值网络(GVN)的分工所替代。这一方面打破了企业产权一体化的资源组织形式,另一方面也改变了企业价值创造过程的行为机制。功能模块化、联盟价值创造、市场机制与行政机制的有机融合、虚拟经营等成了全球价值网络下企业行为的突出特征。通过考察互联网经济下的企业实践,本文发现由生产者、购买者驱动的GVC型价值创造过程已经被由平台企业驱动的GVN型价值创造过程所取代。因为平台企业具有强大的信息优势和多边市场整合的效率优势,以及由此带来的规模经济和范围经济优势,使得这种企业逐渐发展成一个庞大的产业。 Under the Internet economy, the division of labor based on the Global Value Chain (GVC) is replaced by the division of labor based on the Global Value Network (GVN). On the one hand, it breaks the resource organization form of enterprise property integration and on the other hand, it also changes the behavior mechanism of the enterprise value creation process. Functional modularity, alliance value creation, organic integration of market mechanisms and administrative mechanisms, and virtual operations have all become prominent features of corporate behavior under the global value network. By examining the practice of enterprises under the Internet economy, this paper finds that the GVC value creation process driven by producers and buyers has been replaced by the platform-driven GVN value creation process. Because the platform enterprises have a powerful information advantage and the efficiency advantage of multilateral market integration, and the resulting economies of scale and scope, they have gradually developed into a huge industry.
