目的探讨桃核承气汤对人胎肾小球系膜细胞外基质 (ECM)不同成分含量的影响。方法采用中药方剂对 ECM的细胞生物学方面的实验研究。结果桃核承气汤具有明显降低 ECM成分中纤维连结蛋白 (FN)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)和 型胶原 (COl )含量的作用。结论桃核承气汤对 ECM的增殖有明显的抑制作用
Objective To investigate the effect of Taohe Chengqi Decoction on the content of different components of human fetal mesangial extracellular matrix (ECM). Methods The experimental study of the cell biology of ECM using traditional Chinese medicines was conducted. Results Taohe Chengqi Decoction can significantly reduce the content of fibronectin (FN), laminin (LN) and collagen (COI) in ECM components. Conclusion Taohe Chengqi Decoction can significantly inhibit the proliferation of ECM
