本文分析了文化体制改革背景下我国文化产业的发展现状,提出在产业政策层面,必须着力于在新技术平台上推进文化产业与其他产业融合发展的步伐,彻底改变工业化时代的文化产业发展模式,使文化创意不仅在文化生产中发挥核心作用,同时能在与科技、工程、营销、管理创意的融合中,带动我国的制造业实现自主创新发展,实现经济增长方式的转型。必须在借鉴国外经验的基础上,立足当前实际,寻求创意产业发展的中国模式。
This paper analyzes the current situation of China’s cultural industry under the background of cultural system reform and puts forward that at the industrial policy level, we must focus on accelerating the integration of cultural industry and other industries in the new technology platform, completely changing the development mode of cultural industry in the industrialized era, So that cultural ideas not only play a central role in cultural production, but also enable China’s manufacturing industry to achieve independent innovation and development and achieve the transformation of economic growth mode in the integration with technology, engineering, marketing and management creativity. Based on the experience of other countries, we must base ourselves on the current situation and seek a China model for the development of creative industries.
