目的:探讨种质与环境及互作效应对二年生甘草群体主要生物活性成分含量的影响,为甘草高活性成分品种选育与品质改良提供理论依据。方法:采用随机区组设计,将4个甘草种质分别布置在4个不同产地进行栽培对比试验,通过UV和HPLC对甘草药材中总皂苷、总黄酮、甘草酸、甘草苷含量进行测定。结果:种质和环境因素对甘草药材成分性状的影响同时存在,且种质对所有成分含量影响最大,甘草酸和甘草苷含量受种质与环境因素共同主导。结论:对栽培甘草进行品质育种时,应分产区进行选择,以提高选育效果。
Objective: To investigate the effects of germplasm, environment and interaction on the main bioactive components of biennial licorice population, and to provide theoretical basis for the breeding and quality improvement of high active components of licorice. Methods: Randomized block design was used to compare the four licorice germplasms in four different habitats. The contents of total saponin, total flavonoids, glycyrrhizin, and glycyrrhizin were determined by UV and HPLC. Results: Germplasm and environmental factors had the same effect on the components of licorice. Germplasm had the greatest effect on the contents of all the components. The contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin were both dominated by germplasm and environmental factors. Conclusion: When cultivating licorice for quality breeding, it should be selected in the sub-region to improve the breeding effect.
