随着节能减排、低碳生产的不断加强,石油企业的成本管理与控制成为各油田面临的严峻问题,其中抽油机是大庆油田最普遍的机械采油方式,因而在抽油机方面作好节能工作能最直接有效地降低成本。常规游梁式抽油机,整机系统效率低,近70%的能量在机械传递过程中损失掉,节能潜力较大,本文以北部过渡带地区285口抽油机为例,通过利用抽油机井系统效率测试技术、抓好抽油机井“五率”、进行抽汲参数优化组合等方面的工作,提高抽油机井的有效时率,同时积极推广应用新技术和新方法,提高抽油机井系统效率,达到节电目的。
