百叶窗煤粉浓缩器内流场显示的实验研究

百叶窗煤粉浓缩器作为水平浓淡燃烧技术的关键部件已在电站锅炉中得到了广泛应用。为深入研究流场结构对百叶窗煤粉浓缩器性能的影响,采用激光片光系统对百叶窗煤粉浓缩器内的流场结构进行了实验研究,获得了浓缩器内全流场信息。实验结果表明,被叶片浓缩下来的颗粒流冲击到浓侧壁面,将导致浓侧出口壁面的磨损;在浓缩器出口设置适当长度的挡板将有助于避免浓淡2股气流的过早混合;叶片前端浓度的差异导致各级叶片磨损特点不同,实际应用中需要分别考虑各级叶片的防磨措施;可通过调节叶片间距来改变进入淡侧的粉量,从而改进浓缩器的性能。 Louver pulverized coal concentrator has been widely used in power plant boilers as a key component of horizontal lean combustion technology. In order to further study the effect of flow field structure on the performance of the shuttering coal pulverizer, the flow field structure in the shuttering pulverized coal concentrator was experimentally studied by the laser slice optical system, and the full flow field information in the concentrator was obtained. The experimental results show that the particle flow concentrated by the blade impinges on the rich side wall and will lead to wear on the outlet side of the rich side. Setting a suitable length of baffle at the outlet of the concentrator will help prevent the premature mixing of the two gas flows; Differences in blade tip leading to different levels of blade wear characteristics, the actual application of the need to consider the various levels of anti-wear blades; can adjust the blade spacing to change the amount of powder into the light side, thereby improving concentrator performance.
