已知牛甲状旁腺素 N 末端肽段片[bPTH-(1—34)]对大鼠具有直接降压作用。目前的研究目的是要确定 bPTH-(1—34)是否还具有直接的变时(即改变频率)作用。体内研究表明,bPTH-(1—34)确能引起大鼠的变时效应,包括直接作用和降压作用引起的反射性心动过速两部分。离体右心房的体外研究表明,当 bPTH-(1—34)没有正性肌力作用时,仍能产生显著的变时效应,该效应是直接的并与剂量有相关性。
It is known that bovine parathyroid hormone N-terminal peptide fragment [bPTH- (1-34)] has a direct antihypertensive effect on rats. The current study aims to determine if bPTH- (1-34) also has a direct, time-varying (ie, frequency-altering) effect. In vivo studies have shown that bPTH- (1-34) can indeed cause time-varying effects in rats, including the direct effect and antihypertensive effect caused by reflex tachycardia in two parts. In vitro studies of isolated right atrium show that there is still a significant time-varying effect when bPTH- (1-34) has no inotropic effect and this effect is direct and dose dependent.
