目的:研究广东产千里光中生物碱类化学成分。方法:采用高分离度快速液相-质谱联用法(RRLC-ESI-MS/MS)对广东产千里光中生物碱类成分进行分析;采用硅胶柱层析法分离纯化获得克氏千里光碱单体,并对其进行了结构鉴定。结果:RRLC-ESI-MS/MS分析表明,广东产千里光药材含有野百合碱、阿多尼弗林碱、脱氢克氏千里光碱和克氏千里光碱4个生物碱类成分;其中,克氏千里光碱在广东产千里光中系首次发现。结论:广东产千里光的主要成分是克氏千里光碱。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of alkaloids in Senecio opposita of Guangdong. Methods: The constituents of Alkaloids in Senecio opposita from Guangdong were analyzed by high resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (RRLC-ESI-MS / MS). The alkaloids were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography Body, and its structure identification. Results: The results of RRLC-ESI-MS / MS showed that Chrysanthemum officinalis produced in Guangdong contained 4 alkaloids, such as monocrotaline, adonisiflin base, dehydroquercetin and clenbuterol , Chrysalis alkaloids in the production of seiyuang in Guangdong for the first time found. Conclusion: The main component of sesamoids produced in Guangdong is Klebsiella Seneca.
