触电致休克合并急性肺水肿一例

报告了应用自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损13例。术后随访15～29个月，平均22.4月。治疗结果：优3例，良7例，可2例，差1例，优良率为76.9%。叙述了切除游离骨膜、放置和固定的方法，讨论了影响自体游离骨膜移植效果的因素。由于自体游离骨膜来源广，移植后产生的软骨质量高，为修复创伤、退变等病因造成的关节软骨缺损提供了一种新的有效方法。
报告34例心脏损伤，其中5例闭合性心脏损伤，24例穿入性心脏损伤，5例心脏异物。院前心脏已停搏在急诊室开胸4例，全部死亡；能送达手术室开胸24例，存活21例。结合文献复习，讨论了心脏损伤的诊断与治疗。认为闭合性胸伤进行性心功能不全或心律紊乱者应警惕心脏损伤；心前区有伤道伴有休克应诊断为穿入性心脏损伤；紧急手术是挽救生命的关键。
