针对煤矿司炉工考核培训的需求,开发了35t/h角管式工业锅炉仿真机。仿真机研制采用了DCS操控和盘台操控2种型式,既满足传统司炉工培训需求,又符合锅炉运行管理的技术发展趋势。仿真机热力系统部分采取了流体网络算法,提高了仿真的精度及真实度。整套装置为全数字仿真,该仿真机已经应用于新疆昌吉职业技术学院煤矿司炉工鉴定中心,逼真的仿真数据和操作运行环境为司炉工考证奠定了基础。
In response to the needs of coal miners’ assessment training, a 35t / h angle tube industrial boiler simulator was developed. Simulator developed using DCS control and control of the two sets of platform control, not only to meet the traditional Division stove training needs, but also in line with the boiler operation and management technology trends. The thermal system of the simulator adopts the fluid network algorithm to improve the accuracy and realism of simulation. The whole set of equipment is all-digital simulation. The simulator has been applied to Coal Mine Inspection Center of Changji Vocational and Technical College in Xinjiang. Realistic simulation data and operating environment have laid the foundation for the fireman’s work.
