对La-Al-Cu-Ni合金玻璃形成能力、热力学性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(14)Ni_(10)大块金属玻璃具有较高的玻璃形成能力,其临界直径可达14 mm,另外具有较宽的过冷液相区(61 K),较低的玻璃转变温度(400 K)。不同的玻璃形成能力在热力学框架内进行了讨论。La-Al-Cu-Ni合金玻璃形成能力与过冷液态区ΔTx以及参数γ关系较小,且与约化玻璃转变温度Trg关系较大。La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(17)Ni_7、La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(14)Ni_(10)和La_(62)Al_(14)Cu_(12)Ni_(12)合金断裂强度超过600 MPa。该合金具有好的力学性能,可作为工程材料使用。
The glass forming ability, thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of La-Al-Cu-Ni alloy were studied. The results show that the bulk glass of La_ (62) Al_ (14) Cu_ (14) Ni_ (10) has high glass forming ability with a critical diameter of up to 14 mm and a wide range of supercooled liquid region 61 K), lower glass transition temperature (400 K). Different glass-forming capabilities are discussed within the framework of thermodynamics. The glass forming ability of La-Al-Cu-Ni alloy is less dependent on the ΔTx and the parameter γ than the supercooled liquid zone, and has a great relationship with the reduced glass transition temperature Trg. The fracture strength of La_ (62) Al_ (14) Cu_ (17) Ni_7, La_ (62) Al_ (14) Cu_ (14) Ni_ (10) and La_ (62) Al_ (14) Cu_ (12) Ni_ Over 600 MPa. The alloy has good mechanical properties, can be used as engineering materials.
