The contents of serum zinc, copper, iron, manganese and nickel in 33 cases of unexplained infertility and 14 healthy women were analyzed in 33 menstrual cycles. The results showed that the levels of serum zinc and copper in the control group on ovulation day were significantly lower than those in the mid and mid luteal phase. In the infertility group, the levels of zinc, nickel and iron in the serum and luteal phase were significantly higher than those in the mid-stage of imprinting (P <0.001, P <0.05, P <0.01) Zinc / copper, iron / copper ratio was significantly lower (P <0.05). The study suggests that: the normal menstrual cycle menstrual cycle of the regular level of trace elements, and there is a constant ratio of each other, trace element metabolism may be unexplained infertility one of the important factors.
