20世纪80年代,党和国家提出逐步实施以全面提高学生的基本素质为目的的教育体制,即素质教育。以旨在构建符合素质教育要求的基础教育课程体系为目标的“新课改”的推行,素质教育取得了令人瞩目的成就,但也存在着一些问题。最为突出的问题就是思想道德教育不足。为此,结合教育教学工作进一步加强和改进思想道德教育,进而引领学生健康成长、全面发展,应引起广大教育工作者和整个社会的高度重视。
In the 1980s, the party and the state proposed to gradually implement an education system aimed at improving the students’ basic qualities in an all-round way, namely, quality education. With the implementation of “New Curriculum Reform” aimed at building a basic education curriculum system that meets the requirements of quality education, quality education has made remarkable achievements, but there are also some problems. The most prominent problem is the lack of ideological and moral education. To this end, combining education and teaching work to further strengthen and improve ideological and moral education, and then lead students to healthy growth and all-round development, should arouse the great attention of educators and the community as a whole.
