目的了解该农药企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类、浓度及分布,探讨代森锰锌生产过程中职业病危害的关键控制点和关键控制措施,为该类工程的职业病防治管理提供依据。方法按照《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)要求,对该农药厂代森锰锌生产线运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行检测及分析。结果该农药厂工作场所中二硫化碳、乙二胺、硫酸锰、硫酸锌粉尘、噪声等职业病危害因素浓度(强度)均符合国家职业卫生接触限值要求,合格率为100%。结论该企业采取的职业病防护措施运行有效,但仍应加强计量槽、反应釜、离心机等设备的日常维护,防止职业病的发生。
Objective To understand the types, concentrations and distribution of occupational hazards that exist in the pesticide production process and to explore the key control points and key control measures of occupational hazards in the production of mancozeb, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in such projects. Methods According to the requirements of “Sampling Specification for Monitoring of Hazardous Substances in the Workplace” (GBZ 159-2004), the occupational hazards in the production of mancozeb in the pesticide plant were tested and analyzed. Results The concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards such as carbon disulfide, ethylenediamine, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate dust and noise in the pesticide plant were in line with the requirements of the national occupational health exposure limit. The pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The occupational disease protection measures adopted by the enterprise are effective. However, routine maintenance of measuring tanks, reaction vessels and centrifuges should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases.
