目的:探讨健康体检依从性及知信行影响因素。方法:选取2010年12月~2011年6月期间,在医院进行健康体检的412例作为研究对象,采用自制的问卷调查表进行调查。结果:与男性调查者相比,女性调查者的健康体检必要性认知得分明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,与大专/本科及以上文化水平调查者相比,小学、初中以及高中文化水平调查者的健康体检必要性认知得分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。28~35岁,36~50岁被调查者参加健康体检主要是工作原因,分别为69.39%和50.60%,其次为身体不适,分别为15.31%和22.62%;而51~64岁被调查者主要原因为身体不适,占60.96%,其次为家人要求,占17.81%。28~50岁调查者中73.47%能够承受100~300元;36~50岁调查者能够承受的费用较平均;51~64岁调查者主要为301~800元范围。另外,51~64岁调查者中能够承受>800元的比率最大。讨论:有效的利用“知信行”教育模式,提高群众健康体检的依从性,不仅能有利于减缓广大群众疾病的发展,更能有效改善全民的生活方式,提高全民生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the compliance of health examination and the influencing factors of knowledge exchange. Methods: From December 2010 to June 2011, 412 healthy people in the hospital were selected as the research objects, and self-made questionnaires were used to investigate. Results: Compared with male respondents, female respondents had significantly increased their need for medical examination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, compared with college / undergraduate and above, investigators of cultural level in primary school, junior high school and high school also had significantly lower scores on the necessity of health examination, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 28 to 35 years of age, 36 to 50 years of age respondents to participate in physical examination is mainly due to work reasons, respectively, 69.39% and 50.60%, followed by physical discomfort, were 15.31% and 22.62%; while 51 to 64 years of respondents mainly The reason is physical discomfort, accounting for 60.96%, followed by family members, accounting for 17.81%. 73.47% of 28 to 50-year-old surveyors can afford 100 to 300 yuan; 36 to 50-year-old surveyors can afford more than average; 51 to 64-year-old surveyors mainly 301 to 800 yuan range. Discussion: Making effective use of the “knowledge, knowledge and education” mode of education and improving the compliance of the masses in physical examination can not only help slow down the development of disease among the general public, but also effectively improve the life style of all people and improve the quality of life for all.
