中华人民共和国与苏维埃社会主义共和国联盟签订关于创办两个中苏股份公司的协定的公报:三月二十七日莫斯科签订了创办两个联合的中苏股份公司的协定,一为石油公司,一为有色金属公司。两个中苏公司均按平权合股原则组成,其目的在协助中国本国工业之发展及加强中苏两国间之经济合作。石油股份公司之任务,是在中华人民共和国新疆省进行寻觅、探测、开采及提练石油与煤气。有色金属公司之任务,则在新彊省进行寻觅、探测及开采有色金属。上述两公司之产品由中苏双方平分之。公司之开支及其所得之利润同样亦由双方平分之。公司之领导由双方之代表以轮换制之程序进行之。协定中规定两公司活动之头三年中,管理委员会之主任由中国方面之代表选出,副主任由苏联方面之代表选出,而两公司之总经理由苏联公民中任命之,副总经理由中国公民中任命之。每过三年,原有三年中由某方代表所担任之职务,由另方之代表接替之。公司之职员 Communique of the People’s Republic of China and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on the Agreement for Establishing the Two Sino-Sudanese Joint Stock Companies: March 27 Moscow signed agreement to establish two joint Sino-Soviet joint-stock companies, one for oil companies For non-ferrous metals company.
